    If you’ve requested snapuptickets.com to collect payment on your behalf, funds collected for your event will be disbursed 2 weeks after the event is held.

  • What about refunds?

    It is up to the event organizer to create a refund policy.  Refunds cannot be processed through Snapuptickets.com.  The ticket seller and buyer must negotiate refunds.  The ticket seller may contact snapuptickets.com to process any refunds up to 48 hours after the event.

    If an event organizer using Snapup tickets needs to cancel his event, ticket fees and any applicable processing or refund fees will still be applied to the event organizer. In the case of an event organizer using their own payment gateway, these fees amount to 99c per ticket. In the case of an event organizer using Snapup Tickets gateway, these fees amount to 99c per ticket + 4.5% transaction fee + 4.5% refund transaction fee. By using Snapup tickets, the event organizer agrees to absorb these fees in the event of a cancellation of his/her event.

  • What are the fees?

    Fees are dependent on the type of payment processing you select.  Free events are free to set up.  Standard Credit Card processing through SnapUpTickets costs 99c per purchase +credit card processing fees.  Alternatively, you can set up your event through a Paypal gateway for direct deposit of your funds, less the 99c per ticket fee.

    If an event organizer using Snapup tickets needs to cancel his event, ticket fees and any applicable processing or refund fees will still be applied to the event organizer.
