Un souper bénéfice pour l'équipe de compétiteurs de la Fédération Culinaire Canadienne - Chapitre Outaouais aura lieu le samedi 13 mai à 18h dans la salle Outaouais au Fairmont Château Montebello.

Cet événement est organisé afin d’amasser des fonds pour 2 chefs de la région qui représenteront le Québec lors d’une compétition culinaire nationale. Les chefs Hugo Drouin Lavoie et Justin Charrette du restaurant Aux Chantignoles du Fairmont Le Château Montebello compétitionneront au niveau senior et junior, respectivement.

Les chefs vous proposent un repas de quatre services pour l’occasion. Il y a seulement 100 places de disponible, donc faites vites!

Il y aura un bar payant sur place. Vous aurez aussi la possibilité de faire un accord met/vin, des frais supplémentaires s’appliquent.

Il y aura un encan silencieux lors de la soirée.

A fundraising dinner  for the competiting team of the Canadian Culinary Federation , Outaouais chapter will be held Saturday May 13^th, at 6 pm in the Outaouais room at the Fairmont Chateau Montebello .

This dinner is being organised to raise funds for 2 local chefs who will be representing Quebec  at the national culinary competition. Chefs Hugo Drouin Lavoie and Justin Charette from the restaurant Aux Chantignoles at Fairmont Le Chateau Montebello will be competing at the senior and junior level respectively.

The chefs are suggesting a 4 course meal for the occasion. There are only 100 spots available, so hurry u and reserve!

There will be a cash bar on site. The possibility of a wine and food pairing is also available  for an additional cost.

A silent auction will be held during the evening.
