Join us for an evening of discussion to discuss the First Time Home Buyer process with a real estate salesperson, mortgage broker and a real estate lawyer.  Understand the process and what benefits there are for first time home buyers.

This exclusive event is limited to 30 attendees.  This allows for the attendees to have the opportunity to have a more personalized discussion with the presenters.

This event will be divided in three different groups:

- Group 1: Training Room

- Group 2: Board Room

- Group 3: Meeting Room

Each group will be in different rooms and the presenter (real estate agent, mortgage broker and real estate lawyer) will be switching rooms approximately every 20 minutes.  There will be a 10-minute break between groups to allow for the presenters to switch rooms.

6:00 p.m.: Introduction

6:10 p.m.: Group 1: Discussion with Real Estate Agent / Group 2: Discussion with Mortgage Broker / Group 3: Discussion with Real Estate Lawyer

6:30 p.m.: Break - Presenters change rooms.

6:40 p.m..: Group 1: Discussion with Mortgage Broker / Group 2: Discussion with Real Estate Lawyer / Group 3: Discussion with Real Estate Agent

7:00 p.m.: Break - Presenters change rooms.

7:10 p.m.: Group 1: Discussion with Real Estate Lawyer / Group 2: Discussion with Real Estate Agent  / Group 3: Discussion with Mortgage Broker

7:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.: Free time for attendees to speak with any professional.

8:00 p.m.: Event ends
