You will be inspired by our keynote speaker Dr. Michael Higgins.
Dr. Michael Higgins is the official biographer for Henri Nouwen. Genius Born of
Anguish: The Life and Legacy of Henri Nouwen by Michael Higgins and Kevin Burns is published by Novalis. He has been a monthly columnist
for the Toronto Star, as well as a commentator for CBC Television, Commonweal, and The Globe and Mail. He produced a CBC documentary series on the Nouwen’s writings, interviews with those who knew him, and archival recordings of Nouwen himself.
